Ice Cream Depot is a company that was formed out of a perceived need. My family is very fond of desserts after dinner. At least three times a week, we would have ice cream for dessert, because with our family's busy schedule, there was very little time for baking! My children would always take their spoons and mush the hard ice cream until it was nice and soft. (We had a lot of bent spoons) Because of this we tried making our own ice cream using many of the products with freezing bowls for 24 hours and the old salt and ice method.
